Custom Software Development for Businesses That Have Outgrown Spreadsheets
Off-the-shelf software is built for the average company, and your business probably isn't average. We build web applications, portals and integrations that fit the way you actually work.

I started building websites in 2001, and in the years since I’ve seen the same story play out many times: a company buys a popular off-the-shelf tool, then spends years bending its processes to fit it. Custom software development flips that around. The software follows your business, not the other way round. At Dynomica, where I’m Partner & CEO, that’s what we do every day, together with Alexander Nenov, our Co-founder & CTO, and our in-house team.
Who custom software is for
Custom software development isn’t for everyone, and we’d rather say so up front. It usually makes sense when:
- your team keeps the business running on spreadsheets, email threads and copy-paste;
- you’ve tried two or three SaaS tools and each one covers only 70% of what you need;
- you work with partners, dealers or service technicians who need their own access to data;
- you have a process that gives you an edge over competitors and you don’t want to squeeze it into someone else’s template;
- you need systems that don’t talk to each other to finally start talking.
If a ready-made product does the job well, we’ll tell you. It’s cheaper, and we’d rather keep you as a client for the next project than sell you one you don’t need.
What we build
Web applications and portals
Internal tools, customer portals and partner portals that run in the browser, with roles, permissions and the reports your management actually reads.
B2B systems
Ordering portals for dealers and distributors, individual price lists, service requests, document exchange. The kind of software that replaces a hundred phone calls a week.
Booking and reservation systems
We’ve built reservation logic for years, including our own hotel software Roombre. We know where the edge cases hide: overlapping dates, cancellations, capacity and time zones.
APIs and integrations
Connecting your system to accounting, online stores, couriers, banks or a supplier’s platform, so data moves automatically rather than by hand.
Dashboards and reporting
One screen that shows what’s happening in the business today, not what someone managed to put in last month’s spreadsheet.
If your need is a system that runs stock, sales and invoicing, see our page on custom ERP development.
How we work
- Understand. A free 30-minute call about your business, not about technology. Then we look at how work really flows today, including the workarounds nobody likes to admit to.
- Design. We describe the system in plain language: screens, roles, data, integrations. You see what you’re getting before a line of code is written.
- Deliver in 2-week stages. Every two weeks you get something working that you can click through and comment on. No disappearing for six months and returning with a surprise.
- Launch. We migrate data, train your team and stay close during the first weeks of real use.
- Support and grow. Businesses change, and the software should change with them. We maintain and extend what we build.
Why work with us
- 18+ years, 120+ projects. Dynomica was founded in 2007 and has delivered more than 120 projects since.
- Our own team, AI-assisted development, no outsourcing. The people you talk to are the people who write your code.
- We run our own products. Dynomica has five of its own SaaS products, so we know what it takes to keep software alive after launch, not just to ship it.
- Clients on four continents. Including Viessmann, ViService, EnProconsult and SupportBG.
- Business first. Before software, I spent years as a project manager at Investor.BG on sites like Aha.bg, snimka.bg, zip.bg and blog.bg. I learnt early that a feature nobody uses is just an expensive decoration.

Frequently asked questions
How much does custom software development cost?
It depends on the scope: the number of screens, roles, integrations and how much data needs to be migrated. After the first call and a short analysis we give you a written estimate broken down by stage, so you can see what each part costs and start with the most valuable one.
How long does it take?
We work in 2-week stages, and you see working software at the end of each one. Many projects start with a smaller first version that is useful on its own, then grow. The total timeline depends on scope, and we agree it before we start.
Who owns the code?
We agree ownership and licensing in the contract before work starts.
Do you outsource any of the work?
No. Dynomica works with its own team, with no outsourcing. The people you meet are the people who build your system.
Can you work with clients outside Bulgaria?
Yes. Dynomica has clients on four continents, and we work remotely in English with regular online demos at the end of each stage.
