Business Process Automation That Gives Your Team Its Hours Back
Somewhere in your company, a capable person is copying numbers from one screen into another. We automate that, so people can do the work you actually hired them for.

I’m a bit obsessed with automation, and not only at work: I follow it in investing, in travel planning, everywhere. The reason is simple. At Reshenia, our marketing agency, a team of five serves clients in 17 countries. That works because the repetitive jobs are done by software, not people. Business process automation is how we run our own companies, and at Dynomica it’s one of our three core areas of work.
Who it’s for
You’ll probably get value from business process automation if you recognise any of these:
- orders arrive in the online store, then someone retypes them into the accounting or ERP system;
- the weekly report takes half a day and is out of date by the time it’s sent;
- customer data lives in the CRM, the inbox and three spreadsheets, and they don’t agree;
- you chase people for approvals by email and phone;
- growth means hiring more people just to move data around.
What we automate
Integrations between systems
We connect CRM, ERP, online store, accounting, couriers and banks, so data is entered once and flows everywhere it’s needed. No more “which version is right?”
Automated reports and dashboards
Reports that build and update themselves, and arrive in your inbox or on a dashboard when you need them. Management sees today’s numbers, not last month’s.
RPA: robots for repetitive tasks
When a system has no API, a software robot can still log in, download, fill in and file. It’s not glamorous, but neither is doing it by hand every morning. We use RPA as a practical bridge, and replace it with a proper integration when the other system makes that possible.
AI where it pays off
AI assistants, document processing and classification of incoming requests can save real time. But we use AI where it genuinely pays for itself, not because it looks good in a presentation. Sometimes a simple rule does the job better and cheaper, and we’ll say so.
Notifications and approvals
Automatic reminders, approval flows and alerts when something needs attention, such as low stock, an overdue invoice or a stuck order. People get told when to act, instead of having to remember to check.
How we work
- Map the work. A free 30-minute call, then we list the repetitive tasks: who does them, how often, and how long they take.
- Pick the winners. We rank tasks by time saved versus effort to automate, and start where the return is clearest.
- Build in 2-week stages. Each stage delivers a working automation you can test on real data.
- Run in parallel. The automation runs alongside the manual process until the results match and your team trusts it.
- Monitor and extend. We set up alerts for when something breaks, maintain the integrations and add the next process.
Why us
- We live it. Reshenia serves clients in 17 countries with a team of five plus automation, and no subcontractors.
- Software people, not just tool configurators. Dynomica has 18+ years and 120+ projects behind it, so when a no-code tool hits its limit, we write the code.
- Our own team, AI-assisted development, no outsourcing. The people who map your process are the people who automate it.
- Small steps, visible results. We deliver in 2-week stages, so you see time saved early instead of waiting for a grand automation programme to finish.
- Honest about AI. We know the tools well, including how AI search and assistants work, and we’re equally clear about where they don’t belong.

Frequently asked questions
Which processes are worth automating first?
Usually the ones that are frequent, rule-based and involve moving data between systems: order entry, invoicing, reporting and status updates. We rank them by time saved versus effort before recommending anything.
Do we have to replace our current software?
Usually not. Most automation connects the systems you already use. If a system can't be connected sensibly, we'll tell you and explain the options.
Is AI always part of the solution?
No. We use AI where it genuinely pays off, for example in document processing or sorting incoming requests. Many processes are better served by plain integrations and rules, which are cheaper and more predictable.
What if an automation breaks?
We build in monitoring and alerts, and we maintain the automations we build. When a connected system changes, we update the integration.
How much does automation cost?
It depends on the number of systems and how complex the process is. We start with the automations that have the clearest return, so you can judge the value before going further.
